A flexible way to keep practicing, perfect for those who’ve completed at least one 5-week beginner course (Wheel throwing and/or Handbuilding).

This package gives you 8 guided lessons to continue building your skills at your own pace. Choose your sessions based on what suits your schedule, and work on suggested forms with support from our instructors.

Eligibility
You’ll need to have completed at least one 5-week beginner course with us to join. Glazing experience is required, as this pack does not include a dedicated glazing lesson. Students are also expected to respect studio rules when using the space.

Firing
Firing fees start from $18 per piece, based on size. Prices include use of Studio Tomo’s glazes.

Bookings made must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance or it will be considered a session.

Read Before You Book

Important Policies:

Spots are first-come, first-served. We don’t hold slots or run waitlists.
Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Your 8 classes must be used within 3 months from your first session.
This pack is for returning students only — you must have completed at least one 5-week Beginner course (wheelthrowing or handbuilding) at Studio Tomo.
Fired pieces must be collected within 2 months of your final class. We don’t send reminders, and uncollected pieces may be discarded after this period.

Things to Prepare:

Keep nails short for easier throwing
Clay can get messy (but don’t worry, it washes off easily!). Bring your own apron if you’d like.
You’ll need to have your own basic tool kit for class, returning students should already have this!

Firing & Collection Policy

If you choose to fire your pieces during your 8th lesson, your pieces will be ready about 3–4 weeks after your final glazing class. Once they’re out of the kiln, you’ll have 2 months to pick them up.

Do note:

We don't send reminder email, please check your course email for the period to collect your pieces
Uncollected pieces may be recycled or cleared after 2 months to make space

Reschedules & Replacements

We get it, things come up. If you can’t make it, just edit your slot at least 12 hours in advance to cancel.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will count as one class used from your pack.

If you cancel in time, you’re free to rebook another available session anytime within your validity period.

Flexi Packs are non-transferable and must be used by the same person who signed up.

What's the difference between the course and this flexible class pack?

The courses provide a more guided and structured syllabus for learners, whereas flexible lessons are more for regular practice session with general guidance from the instructor.

I’ve never touched clay in my life. Can I join?

You’ll need to have completed at least one 5-week beginner course (Wheel Throwing and/or Handbuilding) before joining this class. If you’re just getting started, check out our beginner courses first!

What should I bring to class?

Short nails, comfy clothes, willingness to learn. Clay gets messy (but washes off easily). Bring your own apron if you’ve got one!

What if I miss a class?

Just let us know at least 12 hours in advance, and you can rebook your session for another day. Missed sessions without notice will be counted as used.

When do I get my finished pieces?

If you’re firing your work in your 8th session, pieces will be ready for collection about 3 weeks after that. We don’t send reminder emails, so pop it in your calendar! Unclaimed pieces might get cleared to make space.

Can I pass my slot to a friend if I can’t make it?

Individual sessions are non-transferable, but you’re welcome to transfer your entire class pack to a friend if you can no longer attend. Just email us and we’ll help you sort it out.
