Refund policy
Return & Cancellation Policy
All workshop and course bookings at Studio Tomo are final. Due to the limited number of seats available, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or change-of-mind.
If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to someone else. Just email us at hello@studiotomo.xyz at least 24 hours before your session with their name and contact details.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges or refunds for workshops and courses.
Damages and Issues
If you experience any issues with your booking (such as an error in your confirmation), please contact us at hello@studiotomo.xyz as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
All workshop and course bookings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a class or course is cancelled by Studio Tomo.
In the event of a cancellation, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
